We accept unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags intact.

Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

A copy of the invoice must be included with the returned item(s).

The reason for return or exchange must be clearly mentioned.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise via a traceable delivery method such as courier or registered post.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, refund or exchange requests will be processed within 7 working days.
